Can't share internet via hotspot because the internet connection isn't recognised?

Hi there, I hope one of you can help me with the following issue:

I have a Dell XPS L702X laptop with onboard an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 adapter.

I'm trying to create a Hotspot that shares my internet connection, but am stuck at that point.

Somehow the My WiFi Dashboard (version 15.3.0.) doesn't pick up that my laptop has an internet connection.

Windows network center says te following:

• KPN Fast internet

     "Network connection"

• Unkown network

     "No internet connection"

I hope someone can help me.
