Centrino Wireless-N 1030 speed issue

I have Dell XPS l702x notebook with Centrino Wireless-N 1030 in it. It should support up to 300 mbps speed, and it was working well for me year or two. But some time ago speed over wifi dropped and no longer constant. First of all i decided to change routed from DLink DIR-655 to Mikrotik 951. Then checked the channels and moved all the neighborhoods so as the y no longer conflict with me.

BUT nothing changed.

So it connects at 300 mbps to both DLink or Mikrotik. But then speed drops fast to 54 mbps.

And the worst that speed test show very bad results. Speed changes all the time from 0.1 mbos to 10 mbps. Ping from 3 ms to timeout.

The other devices works well. The ASUS notebook keeps 150 mbps without any changes and speed test shows 20 mbps all the time.

So i think the problem with wifi card or with antennas  or with drivers.

Does any one had something similar?
